Geological History suggests they were formed approximately 1.1 billion years ago during a volcanic event. Each stone is unique and shows a mix of patterns of the fluorescent sodalite, these glowing rocks are truly amazing. In order to see the rocks glowing you need a good 365nm longwave UV light for viewing.
